資料庫內容主要為發展中國家之外部借貸(external debt)及相關的資訊流量(information capital flows)資料。
包含200多筆時間數列指標，收錄範圍自1970年起至1995年止。新的資料擁有更強大的能力，包括可以利用本身功能繪數據圖表，並可將資料匯出至其他軟體(如spreadsheet, text, SAS等)使用。
