簡介說明：

本資料庫由 International Centre for Diffraction Data出版，收錄各種天然礦物、人工化合物 (有機及無機)、 元素及合金等之X-ray粉末繞射資料，對於進行未知物辨識或材料成份分析非常有幫助，可以輸入 PDF number、Mineral Name、Chemical Name、3 Strongest Lines等欄位查詢，並提供檢索結果列印及存檔。

　The Powder Diffraction File (PDF) is a collection of single phase X-ray powder diffraction patterns, maintained and distributed by the International Centre for Diffraction Data (ICDD). The data for each pattern are presented in the form of table of characteristic interplanar spacings and corresponding relative intensities. Miller indices and other supplemental data, such as crystal system, density, or cell information, are also included when known.
